Hokusai is an app for iOS devices that allows editing audio tracks. One can use an already existing track or record one. There is a wide array of editing options available, such as filters and special effects. One can also work on several tracks simultaneously and even mix them. High. Hokusai Audio Editor, as stated by its developers from Wooji Juice, tries to gather as little private information as possible about its customers. It clarifies that if someone installs and uses their apps without contacting them, they likely have no information about them at all. They explicitly mention that they do not collect data on your usage of their apps and that none of their apps store information on the cloud in a way that they have access to. They do not use analytics software to track users as they browse the internet, which enhances transparency. The policy respects user consent, especially when it comes to sending technical information or logs. Users have control over what information they send, and nothing is gathered automatically without their explicit action. Wooji Juice does not mention compliance with the GDPR, and the last policy update is from 2018. See more here.

In this manner, it provides real-life examples of words’ and sentences’ pronunciation. Users just have to type specific phrases, watch them being used naturally in context within popular movies and TV shows, and listen to their pronunciation. Playphrase works mainly with English. Playphrase is not open-source, but it is freely available. It does not require setting up an account or signing in. ... Plus d'info
