Principal function(s): Digital whiteboardsMind mapping

Ayoa offers a suite of tools designed for project management, brainstorming, and organization. Ayoa's three main tools are digital whiteboards, mind maps, and task boards, which can be connected and used together in flexible ways. The platform's visual approach and filter functions make it particularly useful for working in groups. Users can create interactive mind maps for brainstorming and export them as word or pdf documents or images. They can also create time-oriented to-do lists that can be divided into three categories: now, next, and soon. On the digital whiteboard, users can add interactive content, such as sticky notes, checklists, flow charts, or images. They can also assign tasks to team members and track progress. Ayoa was developed by a UK-based software company called OpenGenius. To use the platform, users must sign up and create an account. Evaluation: Ayoa is a practical visual task management and collaboration tool that can be used for various purposes, such as project management, note-taking, brainstorming, and idea generation. The tool is engaging and useful for learners and teachers because it provides an intuitive and visually appealing interface that makes task management and collaboration fun and interactive. It is also easy-to-use and time-saving. Users do not need high IT skills to use Ayoa as it has a user-friendly interface and provides tutorials and support. The tool also offers mobile apps for iOS and Android, which allows users to access their tasks and projects on-the-go.
