Nearpod

Principal function(s): Poll and survey creatorsQuiz/exercise makers

Nearpod is a platform designed to enhance students' learning by creating interactive lessons. It allows users to choose from existing lessons on the site or upload one and customise it by adding questions, polls, quizzes and more. To share the lesson, teachers must give their students a code so that they can access it. Teachers can then view their students' responses and assess their progress. Evaluation: A great resource to improve student engagement. With an interactive interface, Nearpod helps increase student participation in classroom activities and makes it easier for teachers to assess their students’ progress. Also available in app form.
